Test data

We've created a standardised open-XLSX spreadsheet to configure the LIMS with setup data of the user's choice. We populated this instance with data of uniform nature for most setup items, e.g. analysis specifications, QC, uncertainties, turn-around time, precision, price etc. See Setup data used to configure this installation

Other COU sponsored enhancements include various worksheet and QC handling improvements and cancellation workflows for samples and analysis requests

Plone 4's versioning is used to maintain references to historical data, and working copy support combined with a built-in content locking mechanism allow multiple users to access data without conflicts.

Further workflow separation now takes care of assigning analyses to worksheets, and to differentiate ARs and worksheets awaiting file attachments. Using AJAX, Plone 4's further improved user interface and a host of smaller enhancements, many clicks were saved and general performance improved

The Plone catalog and indexes are being re-organised into more LIMS specific indexes, to further improve performance
